Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the complete life cycle of Intelligent Solutions implementation projects (CCTV, Access Control, Telecom), ensuring strict compliance with schedules (physical and financial), budgets, and scope.
Lead delivery management by mapping risks, developing mitigation plans, and serving as the focal point between business units, field technical teams, and executive leadership.
Validate bills of materials, technical equipment specifications, and proposed network topologies, ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio.
Create high-impact executive presentations (PowerPoint) to report project status, construction KPIs, risks, and results from project workstreams to leadership and executive management.
Manage stakeholders, communicating and negotiating with suppliers and field teams to resolve complex technical bottlenecks (e.g., system integration, civil infrastructure, and project coordination).
Standardize continuous delivery processes, as-built documentation, acceptance certificates, and technical project documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Civil, or Production Engineering) or Information Technology.
Solid, proven experience in Project Management, coordinating technology, infrastructure, or electronic security deliveries.
Technical knowledge of IP CCTV architecture, Access Control (Facial Recognition/LPR), Perimeter Sensors, and Networks.
Proficiency in schedule control (MS Project, Planner, or Advanced Excel), project management methodologies, and KPI tracking.
Advanced communication skills for expectation management, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information into clean, visual executive presentations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to review budgets, identify variances, anticipate issues, and independently propose corrective actions.
Recognized certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) are a plus.
Previous leadership or coordination experience at electronic security or telecommunications systems integrators is a plus.
AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (for reading manuals and datasheets) is a plus.
