About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop deep technical knowledge of Alarm.com architecture and solutions
- Design, develop, and manage detailed project plans across multiple parallel workstreams
- Lead stakeholders in defining project scope and gathering business and technical requirements
- Create and manage cost estimates, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on technical requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes aligned with launch timelines
- Plan and execute global product deployments across international markets
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks
- Document projects for transparency, continuity, and risk mitigation
- Build relationships with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Interface with senior leadership and customers on significant project matters
- Provide project status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Take ownership of complex international service and product launches from planning through post-launch execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in a project management, implementation, or related role
- Professional English proficiency required
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Experience collaborating with enterprise customers across varying levels of technical sophistication
- Strong risk management capabilities
- High empathy and customer focus
- Ability to operate in highly iterative planning environments
- Preferred: proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Curiosity, product intuition, structured execution, resilience, and discipline
