About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Finance Operations and Procurement Operations analytics, reporting, process intelligence, automation, and AI enablement capabilities
Lead and develop the global Data Analytics team
Define and execute roadmaps for KPI reporting, process intelligence, and AI-enabled insights
Partner with Global Process Owners, Service Delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to identify standardization, simplification, automation, and performance improvement opportunities
Support Finance and Procurement transformation initiatives using analytics, benchmarking, process intelligence, and performance insights
Identify trends, bottlenecks, emerging risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities through process mining and operational data
Quantify business impacts and support business case development
Establish performance monitoring frameworks and centralized KPI governance
Deliver executive dashboards, management reporting, operational analytics, predictive analytics, and actionable recommendations
Advance self-service reporting and operational data accessibility
Evaluate and prioritize AI-enabled insights, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies
Support development and deployment of AI and automation solutions and drive their adoption
Promote responsible AI adoption aligned with governance, compliance, privacy, security, and internal control requirements
Manage intake, prioritization, governance, project portfolios, resource utilization, and benefits realization
Establish and maintain data governance, data quality, reporting integrity, and analytical solution controls
Support audit, compliance, control, and regulatory requirements
Advise Global Process Owners, Service Delivery leaders, and Finance leadership through performance insights and recommendations
Lead change adoption for analytics, process intelligence, automation, and AI capabilities
Communicate analytical findings to executive and operational stakeholders
Develop team capabilities, coach and mentor employees, and manage resource planning, performance management, succession planning, and talent growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
10 Years of Relevant Experience
6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
Experience providing business leadership, product ownership, or strategic oversight for analytics, process-mining, automation, and AI solutions in partnership with technology and data teams preferred
Experience with Power BI
Experience with Tableau
Experience with SAP Datasphere
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
