About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain the analytics layer and customer-facing reports for the Compliance Pro platform
Translate complex compliance and security requirements into robust dashboards and tabular reports
Own end-to-end delivery, including data modeling, dashboard and widget creation and maintenance, data representation selection, and ensuring accuracy, performance, and consistency
Create and update custom reports for specific operators
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure the reliability and freshness of critical reports
Create and enhance customer-specific dashboards and reports
Present data effectively to support decision-making
Ensure that Sisense reports accurately reflect production application data
Diagnose and resolve production incidents
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, internal stakeholders, and customer-facing teams
Refine acceptance criteria, clarify data logic, and validate new or updated reports
Establish and maintain consistent reporting standards across Sisense and reporting products
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to identify and model new data sources
Maintain clear technical documentation
Participate in Agile ceremonies, use Jira to manage tasks, and provide estimates, progress updates, and clear deliverables for QAT
Reports to the Software Engineering Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience developing analytics solutions with Sisense or a similar BI platform
Experience creating complex dashboards and tabular reports with filters, widgets, and custom fields
Strong SQL skills
Experience with data modeling for reporting, including joins, aggregations, calculated fields, data type conversions, and performance optimization
Demonstrated experience managing critical reports in a production environment
Ability to analyze discrepancies between source systems and produced data
Ability to resolve data and formatting issues
Ability to interpret detailed business specifications and translate them into accurate reporting solutions
Excellent data storytelling skills and a strong understanding of reporting best practices
Experience analyzing and improving existing Sisense reports
Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, QAT, and customer-facing teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced spoken and written English required to work with international clients, partners, and subsidiaries
