About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert HR and employment law advice and support to clients
- Help clients navigate complex people matters and achieve business objectives
- Act as a trusted HR partner and dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Deliver tailored HR solutions, guidance and best practice recommendations across a range of industries
- Create, maintain and review legally compliant HR documentation, including contracts, policies, handbooks and employee correspondence
- Contribute to HR consultancy growth through client engagement, networking, webinars, presentations and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in an operational HR, HR Advisory or HR Consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Proven ability to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice
- Confidence supporting a wide range of employee relations and people management matters
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and professional manner
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), or a postgraduate qualification in Law
- Passion for delivering excellent client service and helping businesses achieve positive people outcomes
