About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process and verify approximately 500 invoices per month
Validate invoice compliance with current contracts
Prepare monthly payments by bank transfer while meeting deadlines
Apply the appropriate accounting codes for each property
Perform site-specific allocations
Monitor purchase orders, holdbacks, notices of contract, and releases
Enter invoices related to capital projects in Hopem
Report budget overruns
Assist with accounts receivable as needed
Support the preparation of financial statements, year-end closing activities, and audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of accounting experience
Education in accounting
Strong proficiency with computer tools and accounting software
