About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Write operating, maintenance, service, and installation manuals
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering, service teams, and customers
- Independently plan and manage documentation packages within projects
- Assess and structure complex technical content
- Ensure documentation complies with applicable standards and is tailored to its target audience
- Create content in German and English
- Contribute to the ongoing development of documentation standards and processes
- Analyze technical systems and critically review information
- Coordinate customer consultations
- Provide technical support and serve as a project contact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, or technical communication/documentation
- Several years of experience in technical documentation or a comparable technical role
- Excellent understanding of technical concepts and interrelationships
- Ability to independently research technical information and critically evaluate it
- High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent German language skills
- Good to very good written and spoken English skills
