About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct direct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for Aleph in 100+ countries
Use a variety of sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline
Engage potential candidates globally through appealing outreach methods
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific candidate needs and profiles
Maintain and update candidate databases
Partner with Talent Advisors to support global searches and strengthen the business
Learn advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, and sourcing tools
Build expertise in recruitment processes, candidate engagement and employer branding
Contribute to building Aleph's future talent pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need

English fluency is a must
Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage
Genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies
Proactive mindset
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and engagingly, verbally and in writing
Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources (Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos), Business Administration (ADE), International Relations (Relaciones Internacionales) or a related field
