About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as in-house legal counsel across Aleph Group
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate acts, and other legal documentation
- Lead preparation and upkeep of corporate governance documentation for Aleph Group companies and subsidiaries
- Ensure internal policies, corporate acts, and documentation comply with applicable legislation across relevant jurisdictions
- Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and analyses for business decision-making
- Provide legal advice and support to departments and subsidiaries
- Manage legal and administrative documentation processes
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and present summarized findings and actionable recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior legal team members where applicable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highest legal professional degree (for example, a Master's in Law or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including in-house, corporate, or commercial law
- Strong working knowledge of corporate governance documentation and processes
- Ability to work independently and advise stakeholders across multiple departments and jurisdictions
- Strong legal research skills, including analyzing and summarizing findings
- Experience working in a regional, cross-border setting beyond a single-market EU-only focus
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of any additional EU language
