About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute Alfa Laval’s global employer branding strategy
  • Identify priorities to support and enable company growth
  • Create plans and creative content for digital employer-branding campaigns with agencies and global colleagues
  • Collaborate with Group Communication on brand compliance, social media governance, and internal communications
  • Guide, train, and develop tools enabling Talent Acquisition teams and colleagues to activate local employer-branding initiatives
  • Develop and promote the ‘Blue Ripples’ employee advocacy program with an external vendor
  • Advise and manage a complex internal stakeholder landscape while maintaining momentum
  • Leverage market insights and performance metrics to measure business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
  • 8+ years’ experience leading employer branding or talent marketing in global organizations
  • Proven track record of driving successful employer brand initiatives
  • Comfortable with both strategic leadership and hands-on teamwork
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels and cultures
  • Strong project and agency management skills
  • Skilled at engaging stakeholders across departments
  • Analytical, creative, and curious
  • Experience in global, matrix organizations and proven ability to navigate them
  • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging brand experiences
  • Passion for technology and growing the company
  • Experience with early-career programs is a bonus
  • Candidates prioritized who are currently residing in Lund or have an established presence in the area
  • Background checks conducted on final candidates
