About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the planning and execution of regional field marketing activity, including third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables and customer experiences
  • Deliver events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site execution and post-event follow-up
  • Execute programs using established event playbooks and booth toolkits, adapting activity for individual markets while maintaining brand and execution standards
  • Partner with Sales and Growth teams to activate priority strategic accounts through ABM programs such as executive dinners, roundtables and targeted on-site experiences
  • Support country launches end-to-end alongside the Country GM and Growth Marketer, coordinating launch events, local activations, partners, venues and supporting marketing activity
  • Manage local agencies, venues, suppliers and event partners, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined country marketing budgets
  • Track program performance, pipeline contribution, engagement and event ROI, consolidating key learnings to improve future activity
  • Build strong knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and identify locally relevant opportunities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement
  • Travel across the region as required to support events, launches and strategic account activations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Based in Dubai, UAE (mandatory)
  • Approximately 5 to 7 years of B2B field marketing, events or integrated marketing experience
  • Strong hands-on experience planning and delivering physical events from concept through execution
  • Experience supporting ABM, demand generation or strategic account marketing programs
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales, Growth and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong regional knowledge and understanding of Middle Eastern markets
  • Experience managing agencies, venues, vendors and event budgets
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, with strong project management and organisational skills
  • Travel across the region as required
  • Nice to have: Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology or a high-growth technology company
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in a scale-up environment or supporting country and market launches
  • Nice to have: Existing relationships within the regional technology, events or B2B marketing ecosystem
  • Nice to have: Experience working across multiple Middle Eastern markets rather than a single country
