About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and lead kick-off meetings and requirements-gathering sessions with clients and relevant teams
- Schedule proposal presentations and monitor the stages of commercial negotiations
- Prepare, review, and format commercial proposals
- Receive and analyze product development requests and priorities
- Plan and monitor sprints with product and development teams
- Create, maintain, and update schedules in MS Project, managing milestones, deadlines, and dependencies
- Monitor the allocation of hours for the resources involved
- Identify and propose actions to mitigate project risks
- Negotiate deadlines and priorities with clients and internal teams
- Connect internal and external teams to align demands, training, and deliverables
- Document lessons learned at the end of each scope
- Support routine management and the organization of deliverables
- Prepare status reports and monitor project metrics
- Conduct data analyses to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the integrity and quality of data used in project management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and the traditional project approach (Waterfall), including sound judgment regarding their applicability
- Experience in managing software development projects, particularly in environments subject to frequent change, is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Planner, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- An MBA in Project Management or a related field is a plus
