About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to drafting and submitting proposals to EU and French public funding bodies
- Support production of project deliverables and monitoring of reporting obligations
- Maintain mapping of academic and industrial partners against internal technical teams
- Prepare and follow up partner and consortium meetings
- Brief Legal/IP on project scope and business intention for collaboration and consortium agreements
- Track contract progress and follow-ups with partners
- Support internal and external dissemination actions for funded projects
- Help develop tracking tools, templates and governance practices for publicly funded projects
- Support securing, contractualisation, delivery and communication of funded collaborative projects
- Work closely with R&D leads, Legal/IP, Finance and Marketing
- Report to the Project Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in progress in Innovation Management, Project Management or a related field, with prior technical studies (engineering, science, technology)
- Proficient in English and proficient in French
- Clear, structured written communication in both French and English
- Organisation and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
- Ability to work across teams and interact with varied internal and external stakeholders
- Interest in deep tech and quantum technologies
