Key responsibilities & impact

Report directly to the Procurement Coordinator and be evaluated based on SLAs, targets, and KPIs
Align with internal stakeholders on procurement planning
Execute the procurement strategy and policy defined for the assigned category group
Align contract drafts with the contract management team and suppliers
Consolidate procurement needs for materials and services
Structure, issue, and analyze requests for quotation
Plan, prioritize, and manage procurement through RFPs or Strategic Sourcing
Structure and lead negotiations and make supply agreements available
Ensure contracts are available to end users
Provide suppliers with periodic feedback on their performance evaluations
Source and develop suppliers, including participation in trade fairs and events
Continuously identify opportunities for improvement
