About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a partner to leaders and operations on People Management matters.
- Support decision-making, monitor key metrics, and contribute to the development, retention, and engagement of teams.
- Provide consultative support to leaders and the business units served.
- Monitor people metrics, such as turnover, internal placement, absenteeism, and headcount.
- Support managers with performance, development, conflict resolution, employee movement, and termination matters.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to employee engagement, retention, and team management.
- Support promotion, merit increase, transfer, and internal mobility processes.
- Advise leaders on People Management policies, procedures, and practices.
- Partner with Organizational Development, Payroll and Employee Administration, Recruiting and Selection, and Operations teams.
- Support engagement initiatives, performance reviews, feedback, individual development plans (IDPs), and leadership development.
- Visit business units, maintaining close contact with employees and managers.
- Participate in management meetings, presenting metrics, key risks, and action plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist, Business Partner, or operations-support role.
- Experience advising and building relationships with managers is preferred.
- Knowledge of core Human Resources processes.
- Knowledge of people metrics.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Availability to visit and travel to the assigned operations in Recife, Fortaleza, and Salvador.
- Regular working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility for visits and travel to operations.
