About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Maintenance Manager in structuring and monitoring PCM routines
Support the development and updating of the master preventive maintenance plan, including schedules, checklists, and frequencies
Monitor the execution of preventive and corrective work orders, tracking schedule adherence and SLAs
Consolidate maintenance data and prepare periodic dashboards
Control maintenance costs by comparing budgeted and actual amounts
Keep asset records and intervention histories up to date in the CMMS or tracking spreadsheet
Produce monthly management reports with key performance indicators
Provide administrative support for organizing service provider contracts, warranty tracking, critical parts management, and supplier payments
Organize special maintenance projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical degree or ongoing/completed higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Practical experience with PCM—maintenance planning and control—through an internship, operational experience, or work on a maintenance team
Knowledge of maintenance KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, availability, cost per asset, and preventive versus corrective maintenance percentage
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and charts
Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation, data-source connections, and basic DAX—preferred, but not required
Experience with CMMS platforms such as Infraspeak, MaintainX, UpKeep, Maximo, Protheus, or similar—preferred, but not required
Knowledge of NR-12 and/or ANVISA RDC 216/2004—preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of outsourced maintenance contract management—preferred, but not required
