About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a finance partner to business and finance leadership, translating financial performance into actionable insights and recommendations
- Analyze actuals, budget, forecast, and prior year performance, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks
- Use advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, identify risks, and support proactive decision-making
- Prepare and present financial materials for leadership forums, explaining financial implications, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Support Benefits FP&A planning, including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and staffing operations
- Contribute to automation and FP&A process transformation to improve efficiency, consistency, data quality, and insight velocity
- Guide and support analysts and cross-functional partners, fostering continuous improvement and automation-first thinking
- Build working relationships with business finance leaders and their teams
- Support ad hoc and strategic analyses for business and finance initiatives
- Report to the Finance Director and maintain close ties to Corporate FP&A
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years of progressive finance experience
- FP&A and business partnership experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Workday and Adaptive Insights experience required
- Financial acumen with attention to quality, accuracy, and controls
- Proven ability to partner with leaders, communicate insights clearly, and support decision-making in a complex environment
- Demonstrated interest in automation, process transformation, and modernization within finance
- Experience supporting analysts, projects, or cross-functional workstreams preferred
- Less than 5% travel expected
- Must have work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
