About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and deliver scalable sales enablement programs, tools, and resources
  • Design and deliver onboarding, role-based training, sales methodology reinforcement, and professional development initiatives
  • Create, update, and maintain sales enablement content across the buyer journey
  • Assess and refresh enablement materials based on business priorities, products, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Develop training programs, certification pathways, and reinforcement strategies to improve seller performance
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and GTM Operations
  • Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms and technologies
  • Maintain a centralized sales content repository
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and performance data to improve programs, content, tools, and processes
  • Own and maintain the Sales Playbook
  • Develop digital learning content and e-learning experiences using Synthesia and other enablement technologies
  • Track, analyze, and report sales enablement KPIs
  • Use CRM and business intelligence tools to evaluate sales trends, identify skill gaps, and recommend initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication regarding launches, updates, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead and support sales trainings, workshops, coaching programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within a B2B or enterprise sales environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
