About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build performance dashboards and monthly performance reports for facility maintenance operations
  • Analyze resolution time, first-time fix, emergency response, preventive maintenance compliance, parts fill rate, data completeness and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct failure and lifecycle analyses to guide improvement
  • Define performance baselines, calculation rules and exclusions with the Government customer
  • Report by request priority, asset class and zone
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards showing source timestamps and data sync status
  • Produce monthly performance and cost-avoidance reports
  • Analyze failure codes and repeat visits
  • Support parts-demand planning using historical work-request data
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness and timeliness before publishing reports
  • Document metric definitions, calculation rules and data sources in a data dictionary
  • Protect sensitive data and follow data privacy and controlled unclassified information (CUI) handling practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of BI or reporting experience using SQL
  • Strong SQL and dashboard design skills
  • Ability to explain data quality issues to operations staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access
  • Power BI or equivalent certification preferred
  • Maintenance or operations KPI reporting preferred
  • Maximo/BIRT or Cognos reporting preferred
  • Failure analysis (MTBF/MTTR) preferred
  • Facility lifecycle decision support preferred
  • Experience with Power BI data modeling (DAX) preferred
  • Familiarity with data governance and privacy practices preferred
  • Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lb
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • No security clearance required
