About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and best-practice Salesforce solutions for clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead and participate in project planning and estimation activities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices and design patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize Salesforce solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, Salesforce Consultant, or Project Manager
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Advanced Salesforce configuration
- Security and permissions management
- Data migration
- Data modeling
- Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations
- Experience in Agile project methodology, including backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria, and sprint planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems
- Self-motivated and directed; fast learner
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequently changing requirements and priorities
- Ability to perform efficiently and effectively without oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
