About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and follow the entire sales process, from prospecting through post-sale support
- Promote and present the company’s products and equipment to medical professionals and healthcare institutions
- Prospect for clients and identify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with the existing client portfolio
- Plan and conduct outreach to clients and leads
- Prepare, update, and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
- Monitor product imports, logistics, and deliveries while keeping clients informed
- Provide post-sale follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
- Use the company’s platforms, systems, and communication channels
- Provide clients with support, guidance, and solutions
- Participate in events, conferences, trade shows, strategic meetings, and training sessions
- Perform other role-related activities as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in consultative sales, either in the field or in inside sales
- Completed secondary education or technical training
- A degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology, Nursing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of clinical analysis or hemotherapy is preferred
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is preferred
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
