About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and execution of content and digital marketing initiatives
  • Own social media strategy and execution across all Allegion brand channels
  • Design and implement content strategy supporting social channels and broader business objectives
  • Assist with storyboards, video shoots, and editing as needed
  • Create and oversee social posts, videos, campaigns, blogs, case studies, webinars, and other collateral
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across social and content assets
  • Manage PPC and paid social campaigns end to end, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Run A/B tests on paid creative, targeting, and placement
  • Partner with demand generation on paid lead-generation campaigns and funnel tracking
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social and paid media performance
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs and demonstrate marketing impact on business growth
  • Align social and paid strategy with revenue goals alongside brand, channel, sales, and demand generation teams
  • Highlight Allegion and its brands’ innovations and value propositions
  • Guide colleagues and partners toward high-quality deliverables and organizational alignment
  • Develop strategic presentations and present to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in content and digital marketing and/or program management, preferably in the security industry
  • Experience developing and executing content strategy across all channels with proven results
  • Experience launching content strategy across digital channels with proven metrics
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Sprinklr, Marketo, and similar platforms
  • Experience and proven results with paid media campaigns preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, writing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing events and/or event communications
  • Strong marketing competencies, including business and market analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in value proposition creation
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects and collaborate across functions
  • Influential leadership and change management skills
  • Excellent ability to represent the Company externally and build alliances
  • Solid understanding of multi-step distribution and indirect channel sales
  • Strong project management and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Creative, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not intended
