About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive clients, industry partners, guests, and media personnel
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including answering high-volume calls, logging communications, managing complex schedules, and coordinating executive meetings
  • Oversee facility organization and logistics, including supply management, physical office layout adjustments, and secure handling of incoming/outgoing mail, documents, and priority deliveries
  • Manage employee ID badging, visitor access protocols, internal request ticketing, and conference room reservations
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in executive calendar management, coordinating internal and external business engagements
  • Develop polished pitch decks and executive presentations using Canva and standard design applications
  • Evaluate screenplays, television pilots, and concept materials to produce concise, insightful coverage and analysis
  • Maintain exceptional adaptability and composure when navigating evolving priorities and urgent deadlines
  • Ensure executive kitchens, guest spaces, and common areas remain impeccably maintained and fully stocked
  • Execute time-sensitive courier runs between the Culver City Studio facility and key partner locations across Greater Los Angeles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Self-directed and proactive professional, capable of working independently and collaboratively across multi-functional teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to support office logistics and event setup
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, current registration, and comprehensive vehicle insurance required for local transportation tasks
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
  • Prior administrative or operational experience within an entertainment company or studio setting strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university preferred
