Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled business solutions from initiation and planning through deployment and transition to support
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies
Maintain clear project plans and delivery activities in Jira
Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams, vendors and specialist partners
Resolve challenges, remove blockers and deliver implementations with minimal operational disruption
Drive business readiness and adoption by assessing impacts and coordinating communications, training and stakeholder engagement activities
Understand business objectives and requirements with stakeholders
Assess solution options and ensure outcomes align with strategic priorities and governance, security and delivery standards
Build trusted relationships with sponsors, business leaders, subject matter experts and technical teams
Facilitate workshops, governance forums and steering committees
Provide timely reporting on project status, financials, risks, issues, decisions and benefits to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience delivering technology implementations, business system upgrades, migrations, digital transformation initiatives or enterprise platform deployments
Experience delivering technology implementations where business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption were critical to success
Strong project management, governance, financial management and reporting skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Confidence influencing senior leaders and translating complex information for varied audiences
Strong working knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365
Curious, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Strong ownership and accountability
Commitment to continuous improvement
Experience in legal, professional services or another knowledge-based organisation is advantageous
Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent would be beneficial
