About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support AGCS projects through active participation in requirements gathering, solution design, process designing, process re-engineering and UAT phases
Deliver quality and consistent SAP BW reporting-related services and projects to various AGCS departments
Undertake process excellence review work
Develop capability in Business Analysis, Project Management or Process Improvement
Contribute proactively to Robotics initiatives within AGCS and Allianz Technology
Provide weekend support for Quarterly Closing when required by the business
Participate in key initiatives and projects using AGILE methodologies
Develop and propose solutions for operational issues
Travel and work away from Trivandrum for limited periods when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering / Finance
At least 4-5 years professional experience
Sound knowledge in SAP BW and its reporting applications
Very high analytical and conceptual skills
Independent and self-starter with high level of perseverance
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
Cultural awareness and sensitivity (European)
Ability to work with senior leadership of the company
Project management capabilities / experience would be a plus
Fluent English
German preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Understanding of insurance accounting topics
Willingness to travel and be away from Trivandrum for limited periods depending on business requirements
Availability to provide weekend support for Quarterly Closing when required
