Key responsibilities & impact

Support automation development projects by analysing business requirements, designing technical solutions, tracking project progress, supporting quality assurance, optimizing processes, and reporting on key performance indicators
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for automation projects
Work with the development team to design and implement automation solutions
Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Facilitate workshops and scrum meetings
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Assist in developing and executing test plans
Monitor and report project progress and identify issues or risks
Provide training and support to end-users
Coordinate project activities for timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
Escalate blockers and collaborate with leads on issue resolution
Communicate across business units, technical teams, and leadership layers
Conduct training sessions, walkthroughs, and enablement workshops
Prepare training materials, user manuals, process documentation, and FAQs
Support hyper care, post-production reviews, and benefit tracking
Recommend process improvements, reusable components, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate in any Streams
3 to 6 years of experience as Business Analyst or any Automation project support roles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL
Understanding of dashboard tools such as Kibana, Insight, and Power BI – Desired
Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA), Agile certification (e.g., CSM), or Project Management certification
Experience with process improvement and change management
