About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Involve in data analysis and error handling related primarily to legacy systems such as Global Genius and OPUS
- Support financial closing and production processes, as well as end-to-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and Agile Release Trains to improve processes and implement changes related to finance systems within AGCS
- Provide analysis and documentation of changes in BAU units
- Participate in SAFe Agile events, including stand-up and status meetings
- Handle and analyze transactional data in and from legacy systems and data flows to SAP
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and ISMS regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering / Finance
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience
- Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
- Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis, and data quality checks, especially in Global Genius or OPUS
- Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Very high analytical skills
- Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
- Independent and self-organized, with a high level of perseverance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Access
- Fluent English
- Knowledge in SAP FI or SAP BW, including configurations, master data management, or incident handling within SAP ERP or SAP BW, is a plus
- Project management capabilities / experience would be a plus
