About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Internal Communications, Culture and Engagement team and corporate agenda.
Ensure strategic alignment and impact on the employee experience.
Act as a strategic partner to leaders and business areas in implementing communication, engagement and organizational transformation initiatives.
Develop and enhance culture, belonging and employee experience programs.
Coordinate the annual Culture and Engagement agenda, including campaigns, recognition, well-being, diversity, sustainability, events and global initiatives.
Plan and execute communications and initiatives aimed at the CEO and executive leadership.
Manage the Allianz Store as a platform for strengthening culture, recognition and connection with the brand.
Lead high-visibility strategic projects with significant organizational impact.
Partner with internal teams and suppliers.
Monitor communication, culture and engagement metrics, using data to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
Fluent English.
Experience in Internal Communications, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding or related areas.
Experience in large organizations, matrix structures and interaction with multiple stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience with cultural transformation, organizational modernization or digital transformation processes.
Experience leading teams and managing strategic projects.
Completion of mandatory training courses by the time of application.
Preferred: experience interacting with the CEO and Executive Committee.
Preferred: participation in high-visibility strategic projects.
Preferred: experience in cultural and organizational transformation environments.
Preferred: experience supporting culture, engagement and employer branding initiatives.
Preferred: interest in innovation and employee experience.
