About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the design and delivery of a data-driven decisioning and automation agenda across Operations
Translate business challenges into actionable analytics, Power BI dashboards, and GenAI-enabled automations
Support the Microsoft Dynamics data environment across contracting and invoicing, case intake, routing, SLAs, and resolution
Build and govern executive-ready Power BI reporting
Identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence
Accelerate delivery through project governance and timeline management
Shape and prioritize use cases leveraging OpenAI/Azure OpenAI and automation
Improve customer, quality, and productivity outcomes
Provide insight-led reporting to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with Allianz standards
Deliver hands-on as an individual coordinator without a reporting line
Influence and facilitate collaboration across functions and geographies

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years in analytics/BI with proven impact in Operations, including executive reporting
Advanced, hands-on Power BI expertise, including star-schema data modelling, complex DAX, Power Query/M, row-level security, performance tuning, deployment pipelines, and dashboard governance at scale
Hands-on automation experience with Power Automate/Power Apps, Python or other scripting, and API integrations
Exposure to at least one GenAI tool such as Azure OpenAI/ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude, including prompt engineering, RAG patterns, evaluation, and guardrails
Strong data analytics skills including SQL, data wrangling, statistical analysis, trend and root-cause analysis, KPI design, and benefit quantification
Understanding of data warehousing/ETL and exposure to Azure/Databricks or equivalent cloud analytics platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
Proven delivery to timelines with risk/issue management
Ability to operate as an individual contributor/coordinator and own delivery end to end
Strong facilitation, storytelling with data, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Sound working knowledge of AI and machine-learning technologies and principles, including model types, data requirements, limitations, and responsible-AI considerations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and reporting/integration of Dynamics data into Power BI is desirable
Exposure to the Microsoft Dynamics Service Management Lifecycle is desirable
Agile or PMP/Prince2 certification or experience is a plus
Process mining/RPA experience is a plus
