About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive purchase requisition and purchase order creation activities, including first-level support for requestors and the Functional Controlling Team
Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP, Ariba, and Snow
Perform vendor integrity screening and CARA checks
Prepare project agreements
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Track and monitor purchase requisition and purchase order approvals
Handle general queries
Complete daily productivity requirements on time
Adhere to process controls and suggest improvements
Support sourcing activities such as vendor screening and vendor compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience for the role
Any Graduate / Postgraduate qualification
2–4 years of experience in Procurement and supply chain Management
Hands-on experience in SAP and Ariba
Experience with S4Hana and Fieldglass
Hands-on experience in purchase requisition and purchase order creation
Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Understanding of procurement processes, especially P2P (Operational Procurement)
Hands-on procurement and supply chain management experience
Experience with purchase request processing, purchase order processing, and GR booking
Experience working with B2B procurement platforms, preferably SAP MM, Ariba, or Snow
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
