About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inclusion of new members into client schemes and database systems
- Manage financial calculations for insured members and reconciliation activities
- Perform data error correction, member upgrades, deletions, and client database alterations
- Maintain card-printing quality according to client service standards
- Issue periodic or daily performance reports
- Meet complex requirements including designing and photo-editing
- Maintain accurate records for internal and external review
- Work effectively with AI, machine learning, data, analytics, and cloud-based tools while following data governance, security, and ethical-use standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience in TPA Hospitals or Medical Centers exposure a plus
- Physically fit to carry out duties
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- General internet navigation and research skills
