About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect and analyze procurement data related to procurement activities, supplier engagements, and KPIs
- Track and report key performance indicators through structured data collection and analysis
- Evaluate procurement involvement and the application of sourcing strategies across projects
- Support supplier due diligence reviews and tracking
- Maintain a compliance tracker for procurement requirements
- Analyze spend patterns and cost-saving opportunities across business units
- Consolidate upcoming procurement needs, track contract renewals, and support timely sourcing planning
- Track and update procurement contracts and properly archive documentation
- Coordinate internal and external contract signatures
- Conduct supplier benchmarking and market research
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations
- Participate in meetings and discussions on procurement analytics, sourcing strategies, and process improvements
- Report directly to the Allianz Direct Senior Procurement Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain through coursework, academic projects, or internships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Basic understanding of procurement principles or contract negotiation concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with compliance considerations and ethical procurement practices, either through academic exposure or personal initiative
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting findings in a structured and concise manner
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset
