About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track and report key performance indicators through structured data collection and analysis.
- Collect and analyze procurement data to evaluate procurement involvement and sourcing strategy application across projects.
- Support supplier due diligence review and tracking in alignment with internal policies and best practices.
- Maintain a compliance tracker for procurement requirements.
- Analyze spend patterns and cost-saving opportunities across business units.
- Consolidate upcoming procurement needs to improve demand visibility and track contract renewals.
- Track and update procurement contracts, archive documentation, and coordinate internal and external signatures.
- Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and discussions on procurement analytics, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain through coursework, academic projects, or internships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles or contract negotiation concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations and ethical procurement practices, either through academic exposure or personal initiative.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting findings in a structured and concise manner.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
- Minimum 6-month internship commitment, up to 1 year.
