About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of Digital Workplace Experience initiatives by translating priorities into plans, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and flagging risks or delays
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for workplace experience KPIs, service performance, and cost metrics
- Analyse user feedback, service data, and operational metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes
- Propose improvements aligned with the Digital Workplace strategy
- Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation for managers and end-users
- Contribute to manager-facing guides for IT-related responsibilities across the employee lifecycle
- Identify recurring tasks suitable for automation
- Design simple Power Automate solutions for reporting, notifications, and process automation
- Extract and analyse data from ServiceNow and the Employee Portal
- Prepare meeting materials, follow-up summaries, and action tracking for cross-functional workstreams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Available for a year-long internship through a university convenio
- Comfortable working with data and using Power BI or a similar BI tool, or willing to learn quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical managers and write clear documentation
- Interest in process improvement and identifying inefficiencies
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other low-code automation tools, or willingness to learn
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
- Basic awareness and knowledge of AI tools, technologies, principles, productivity, and automation use cases
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage several tasks while keeping them traceable
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Procurement, and external providers
- Reliable, accountable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment
