About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Institutional CAM team in delivering professional, timely, and accurate service to institutional clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with day-to-day coordination of institutional client requests, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and internal communication
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze client data, reports, presentation materials, and tracking tools
  • Contribute to institutional business initiatives, including client presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), request-for-proposal (RFP) responses, and ad hoc projects
  • Attend the office daily and work at least four hours per day; full-day availability is highly preferred

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program with relevant coursework or work experience preferred
  • Interest in financial markets, asset management, and institutional client servicing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  • AI skills: ChatGPT, Python
  • Minimum commitment of four hours per day
  • CV must be uploaded in English
