Key responsibilities & impact

Drive effective and sustainable growth across Allica's BRA customer journey, from onboarding through account activation and deeper product usage
Analyze customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and cohorts to identify drivers of activation, engagement, and product usage
Own key growth and engagement metrics and translate insights into strategic recommendations
Design, prioritize, and oversee experimentation and optimization initiatives
Build alignment across marketing, product, sales, RM, and data teams
Develop tools, scoring frameworks, and processes that other teams adopt
Manage multiple objectives concurrently and remain accountable for outcomes amid ambiguity
Create and deliver insightful, visually compelling presentations that influence decision-making

What you’ll need

Strong applied critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Experience conducting complex data and performance analysis, ideally using SQL with large datasets
Ability to translate customer and operational insights into actionable changes across products, processes, or messaging
Comfort working with technical systems and integrations, including CRM, analytics tools, and automation platforms
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and align teams through evidence-led recommendations
Ability to independently drive work forward, frame problems, and recommend solutions with limited direction
Experience in hypothesis-led, problem-solving environments such as high-growth start-ups or consulting is a plus
High quality standards while maintaining pace on work with limited precedent
