About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
  • Answer phones, process messages, and assist with general office communication
  • Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information
  • Support referrals, forms, scanning, and front desk administrative tasks
  • Assist patients and families with questions regarding office processes and appointments
  • Adapt quickly to different office workflows and team environments
  • Maintain professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in fast-paced settings
  • Work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM with rotating Saturdays 8AM-12PM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of Medical Receptionist experience required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations
  • Pediatric or multi-site medical office experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
