About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with client and internal teams to maintain long-term professional relationships
- Manage the CPI/LPI lender cycle and day-to-day operations
- Process and audit notices, certificates, premiums, images, client requests, queues, reports, and products
- Manage premium collection and refunds for timeliness and accuracy
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal employees on CPI/LPI operational questions
- Identify, escalate, and manage program-impact tasks for client, sales, and loan servicing teams
- Answer questions, correct errors, resolve discrepancies, and address insurance coverage issues
- Track and report issues to management through resolution
- Research issues, determine root causes, and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve significant issues
- Analyze loan-level indicators and client portfolio reporting
- Implement process changes with management
- Verify, key, and memo insurance information across vehicle, flood, windstorm, hazard, and other coverage types
- Update and compose loan histories based on research and documentation
- Meet productivity and quality goals and assigned workload expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Less than 12 months of related experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree or Vocational or Technical School Degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful, assertive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client issues with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Adaptability to change and ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and root causes
