About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with client and internal teams to maintain long-term professional relationships
- Manage day-to-day CPI/LPI operations and review the lender cycle
- Ensure lenders receive billings and reports correctly and borrowers receive Notices accordingly
- Process and audit notices, certificates, premiums, images, client requests, and other CPI/LPI activities
- Manage premium collection and refunding for timeliness and accuracy
- Serve as subject matter expert for internal employees on CPI/LPI operational questions
- Forecast client requirements and deliver service solutions
- Identify, escalate, and manage program-impact tasks for clients, sales, and loan servicing teams
- Answer questions, correct errors, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on insurance coverage issues
- Track accounts, workloads, queues, reports, and products while maintaining SLA timeliness and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve significant issues
- Research issues, develop fact-based messaging, and report issues to management through resolution
- Analyze loan-level indicators to prevent issues and optimize product performance
- Review client portfolio reporting and implement process changes with management
- Update loan histories based on research and documentation and compose accurate written information
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Less than 12 months of related experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree or Vocational or Technical School Degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client issues under minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to adapt to change in workload, department changes, and internal processes
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Resourceful, assertive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Ability to identify root causes and resolve critical client servicing needs
- Ability to analyze information and identify key issues and solutions
- Ability to accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information for Vehicle, Flood, Windstorm, Hazard, and other coverage types
