About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, manage, and grow Alloy’s strategic customers, primarily large corporations and VP-to-C-level stakeholders
- Formulate strategic objectives, deliver them quickly, execute analytical work demonstrating tangible ROI, and identify and train core customer users
- Serve as the primary point of contact from kickoff through renewal
- Build long-lasting customer relationships and business partnerships
- Support implementation, training, and onboarding with cross-functional Alloy.ai teams
- Deliver short-term objectives and keep projects on track
- Monitor customer activity and meet regularly with stakeholders to improve customer understanding and drive business
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities with existing customers in partnership with Sales and the Executive team
- Manage, train, and support core users
- Conduct business value reviews to grow and retain the book of business
- Execute and present value-driving analyses in Alloy.ai and turn them into repeatable customer processes
- Act as the internal voice of the customer by gathering and prioritizing feedback and translating it into engineering-friendly development requests
- Partner cross-functionally on product and marketing initiatives and help drive business scale
- Coach and mentor other Customer Success Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting or related analytical, consultative, client-facing fields
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical details while staying focused on business objectives
- Demonstrated senior selling skills within consultative projects
- Superior academic record in a quantitative field
- Outstanding project management, organization, and work ethic
- Highly motivated, self-directed team player
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives and functional managers, acting as a trusted outside resource for problem structuring
- Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment, switching rapidly from strategy to execution
