Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced Auto Adjuster with a strong background in coverage verification and liability determination
  • Basic understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships
  • Ability to investigate auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion
  • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when handled
  • Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling
  • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment
  • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team
  • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided
  • Candidates must be located in one of the specified U.S. states and work in Eastern or Central Time Zone states
  • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
  • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
