Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents
Determine coverage, liability, and damages
Adjust and negotiate claims within authority
Investigate and resolve auto claims
Analyze coverage and assess liability
Review damages and negotiate fair settlements
Handle basic investigations regarding auto claim coverage, liability, and damages
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service
Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling approach
Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
Work independently without supervisory duties

What you’ll need

Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States
Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas
Applicants who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment
Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team
Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions

Experience handling a variety of claim complexities
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
