About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, understand, and discover Allstate's current business processes, goals, and objectives
- Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and reuse within the business architecture
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide initiative implementation
- Operate at the capability level in support of broader platforms
- Develop functional systems flow to ensure the efficacy of new capabilities
- Execute initiatives and engage stakeholder groups to collect insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps
- Support production, quality, and customer service goals
- Align business strategies with AI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders
- Work with product owners to ensure integration between capabilities within a platform
- Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data gathering to recommend product strategy and iterations
- Engage in discovery, test, and learn activities to validate assumptions and solution direction
- Monitor and evaluate business architecture solutions
- Recommend enhancements and perform process development, improvement, rollout, and integration activities
- Optimize process oversight with process agility
- This job does not have supervisory duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 year Bachelors Degree
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement
- 5 or more years of experience
- Must be able to travel up to 10%
- Experience or skills in Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Architecture, Communication, Cross-Team Collaboration, and Storytelling
- Must submit to a background investigation
- Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
- Appropriate desk and seating required for home workspace
- Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
- Position is not available to Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Washington residents
- Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
