About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to product discovery efforts to understand customer needs, business processes, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with engineering, architecture, business, and operational stakeholders to define requirements and support product roadmap development
- Analyze business processes, systems, integrations, and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, modernization, and improved user experiences
- Author, refine, test, and accept user stories and requirements
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items in alignment with business and customer needs
- Define and monitor product metrics to measure outcomes and inform future prioritization decisions
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and data to support product decisions
- Participate in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions and reduce delivery risk
- Collaborate with technology teams to understand system constraints, dependencies, and implementation options
- Support modernization and migration initiatives by documenting current-state processes, defining future-state requirements, and identifying gaps
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for solutions balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations
- Work with business, technology, architecture, and operations partners to deliver solutions improving customer and business outcomes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Strong discovery, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes and system interactions
- Experience with platform modernization, system migration, digital transformation, or legacy replacement initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into manageable pieces
- Successful completion of a background investigation
