About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned to strategy, customer value, and measurable outcomes
Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating value, and driving transparent, outcome-based prioritization
Define clear problem statements and success criteria in partnership with users and stakeholders
Use research, analytics, and raw data to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap and delivery decisions
Advocate for intuitive experiences and contribute to solution design from concept through execution
Identify and apply AI, including GenAI and agentic technology, rapidly experimenting to responsibly scale ideas into production
Develop innovative ways to provide knowledge to AI agents
Work with stakeholders to audit existing knowledge sources
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate how knowledge is translated into the product
Collaborate across engineering, UX, architecture, and business to keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on product management experience with a strong execution track record
Experience working with AI technologies (Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS); scaling AI-powered products is a plus
Proficiency in Agile product development
Comfort operating in ambiguity
Background investigation required
Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
Appropriate desk and seating required for home working
Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
