About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support field operations across the Sacramento, California territory, including Sacramento, San Jose, Santa Rosa, Modesto, and San Francisco
- Assess and estimate damages on RVs, motorcycles, trailers, and commercial vehicles
- Help ensure accurate and timely claim resolution
- Apply mastered interpretations of all policy types written by the company
- Assist leadership with formal and ad hoc training
- Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files
- Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Build relationships with internal and external customers
- Create estimates of damages for first- and third-party material damage losses of all severities
- No supervisory duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong specialty vehicle estimating experience
- Experience with Audatex Estimating, Auto Estimating, Auto Insurance Claims, CCC ONE, Commercial Vehicles, Mitchell Estimating, Negotiation, Relationship Management, Repair Estimating, RV Insurance, and RV Repairs
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas
- Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment
- Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team
- Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions when working from home
- Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
