About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete two one-year structured rotations within different areas of Allstate’s One Finance organization
- Gain cross-functional experience in areas such as 360° Finance, Internal Audit, Accounting, Treasury and Planning, Corporate Development, Data Analytics, and Investments
- Work on assignments involving people, project, and change management
- Perform client-facing work, operations, and strategy assignments
- Participate in formal mentoring with experienced Allstate leaders and a peer mentor
- Engage with nonprofit partners and volunteer within and outside Allstate
- Start the program in July 2027
- Perform no supervisory duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study
- Prior internship or co-op experience, or relevant work experience (0-1 years)
- Extensive leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace
- Analytical skills to compile information, recognize patterns and draw insights and conclusions
- Oral and written communication skills to work effectively across the organization
- General understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Candidates may be located anywhere in the U.S.; preference given to those near hub cities
- Open to May-June 2027 graduation dates
- Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions
- Appropriate desk and seating when working from home
- Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
- Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
