Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Material Damage Claims Adjuster
Resides in the CST time zone
Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
Expertise in de-escalation techniques and effective communication
Solid foundation in coverage investigation and liability determination
Ability to investigate basic to advanced automobile accidents and adjust claims within authority limits
Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential
Advanced understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships
Ability to handle complex auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages with discretion and independence
Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims, if handled
Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and understand other potential property damage
Applicants must possess authorization to work in the United States
Individuals holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment
Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team
Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
