About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for producers regarding commission inquiries, statements, and payment discrepancies
  • Manage producer compensation programs, including calculating, processing, and reconciling commission payments
  • Improve and streamline commission processes, workflows, and procedures
  • Maintain records of commission agreements, transactions, and producer communications
  • Prepare, review, and distribute commission statements, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, disclosure obligations, and reporting requirements
  • Use commission management systems and business tools to automate and improve processes
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to enhance system functionality and resolve issues
  • Analyze commission data, trends, and key performance indicators
  • Interpret and administer compensation structures including base commissions, bonuses, incentives, and performance-based compensation programs
  • Collaborate with business partners to implement and manage compensation plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in insurance or financial services
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Knowledge of commission analysis and compensation plans
  • Knowledge of compliance and licensing standards
  • Experience with commission management systems and business tools
  • Background investigation required
  • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
  • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
  • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
