About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure consistency of estimating practices for the Good Hands Repair Network (GHRN)
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations
  • Complete virtual desk reviews and collaborations of vendor repair estimates and assigned claims
  • Research and respond to customer escalations, communications, concerns, conflicts, and issues
  • Support Claims and Vendor Management Teams and follow up on customer needs
  • Maintain connections with GHRN and meet common customer and Claims Team needs
  • Develop, manage, and audit relationships with GHRN vendors
  • Monitor network trends and identify opportunities for guidelines and program updates
  • Participate in calibration activities with Claims and Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with leadership regarding file review results and trends
  • Provide information on estimate review and reinspection results to ensure compliance with Allstate guidelines, procedures, and industry regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in Verisk suite of products: Xactanalysis, Xactimate etc.
  • Experience with insurance, property claims, and property insurance
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of estimating best practices and process documentation compliance
  • Knowledge of industry regulations
  • Ability to conduct virtual repair estimate reviews and reinspections
  • Ability to support Claims and Vendor Management Teams with escalations and complex estimates
  • Ability to develop, manage, and audit relationships with GHRN vendors
